"Very nice stay for the second time. The location is superb. The flat is nice but needs some improvements. We missed cusions on thebalcony furniture, a better sunscreen and a coffee brewer that is not leeking. Minor thinks to make the stay even nicer. But on the whole, very good."

"We previously rented Atico Alvarez in 2011, and were surprised that it has not been redecorated in over 8 years, nor has any of the furniture been updated. There were several maintenance issues: the sink tap is loose; the toilet door lock is broken; all the blinds are damaged, and the closing mechanisms are broken. There were dusty marks on the sofabed. On the roof terrace there was only one sunlounger (in a 2 person apartment!) and the seat cushions did not match any of the outside furniture. Also, the towels provided are all old, faded and threadbare, and no soap was supplied. It would also have been nice if you had provided some plastic waste sacks, and there was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The Wifi signal was very weak. This is the third occasion we have rented from Alquila, and we like the efficient friendly service you provide, but we will not be staying at Atico Alvarez again unless you carry out some improvements."

"Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage, 2 Minuten zum Strand, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt 5 Minuten, Fischhändler 2 Minuten, Bushaltestelle in die Stadt 10 Minuten. Wir haben schon mehrmals von Sam eine Wohnung gemietet und sind immer wieder begeistert von seiner Freundlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und dem schnellen Service."

"Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Duplex Pardo und würden es immer wieder mieten. Es ist sehr viel Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie wie uns und die Lage und riesige Dachterrasse sind einfach unschlagbar! "

"Great apartment in great location, close to city centre and ideal for 2 people. Have stayed here a few times and Alquila Homes service has always been top notch. The fixtures and fittings are showing their age now and there's only 1 lounger on the top terrace now. However all in all this apartment is good value for money and totally recommend. "

"Aussicht aufs Meer und die Nähe an den Strand war Top. Sehr kurze Entfernung nach Malaga und Airport. AlquilaHome Service ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wohnung ist für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Strandstühle etc. war auch alles vorhanden. Kann ich nur empfehlen."

Es como estar en tu propia casa, con todo lo que se puede necesitar: tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes y bares justo al lado. La vista es super bonita. Super aconsejado!"

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen,auch die Lage war shr schön.Die Küche auch perfekt eingerichtet,nur haben wir sie kaum genutzt,da wir immer essen gegangen sind.Das eine goße Bett war optimal ich habe sehr gut geschlafen.Ich habe schon wieder Sehnsucht nach Malaga und komme sicher wieder.Liebe Grüße an Sam und Partner Monika"

"We have stayed in this Duplex apartment many times over the years. A three month stay, a month stay and two week stay. Pardo for us is home from home. The owner was fantastic he was on call and ready to help in any way he could. The Duplex Pardo is spacious clean and the balcony and roof terrace are absolutely wonderful, views to die for... Right on the beach, near all buses to Malaga city or to Nerja and anywhere you need to go. great resturants especially the one under the duplex.. People of El Palo go out of their way to help you and are so friendly even though they don't speak English if you have a few words of Spanish they love you to try speak it and always ready to help you out with it. In our many years going to this duplex we only had one major problem The bed in the main bedroom collapsed while we were asleep. the owner tried to resolve the problem for us a quick fix.. So I do hope that they replaced the bed with a good comfortable bed since. We hope to return to the duplex next year for three months. So looking forward to our returne. "
